Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time - 
All orders are processed within 5 Days  

Shipments will not occur on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please expect delays. We will reach out to you via email with an explanation.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a confirmation tracking number once your shipment has shipped. 


Customs, duties, and taxes

NutriLife Skincare is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) 


Damages

NutriLife Skincare is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We are not shipping Internationally at this time 


Returns Policy
You may cancel your order within 12hrs for a full refund.  After 12hrs you may receive a store credit for an item of equal or lesser value.  Due to health and safety concerns because of COVID19, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
